Is there a charge for the initial appointment?
No, the first appointment is complimentary. This is an
information gathering appointment where I determine
what the clients design needs might be.
Do I have to know exactly what I want for my home?
No, just by interviewing you and listening to your answers and also by seeing the existing space I will gather a lot of information about your likes and dislikes that will enable me to put together a custom design just for you.
What if I've never worked with a Designer before?
That's OK. Actually most of our clients have never worked with a Designer before, but they want a "Designer Look" for their home.
How does the Design Process work?
First you must contact me. Then we will have a short conversation on the phone to start to get to know each other. At that time we will set up an appointment for me to come to your home. We will meet, determine what design needs you might have and what products you are interested in. I will measure, take digital pictures, and If I am matching existing fabric I may take an arm cover or a pillow to match to. Then we will set up a second appointment within 10 days to two weeks, and when I return I will have pricing, fabric samples, floor plans if needed, a color palette if requested, everything needed for a unique custom design just for you.
